1 samosa
coffee milk 1 sugar


150 grams sandwich tuna in brine

herbal tea 1 cup

Forgive my ignorance Carla, but what is a samosa??

2 weet-bix
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 tsp sugar
1 coffee
1 chai tea

1 cup tinned peaches in mango

1 subway 6 " chicken sub
3/4 veggie delight salad with fat free Italian dressing (I was hungry from all that cleaning!!)

1 pear
1 piece fruit bread
1 coffee

Beef and pasta bake

1 apple

Didn't eat so well today. Had lots of people over on Sunday for a song recording my hubby is working on. It was fun but I didn't fuss over my food as I was doing the photography.

Breakfast: all-bran fruit n oats, skinny milk, lsa

Snack: apple

Lunch: 1 sausage 2 slice of bread

Snack: hand ful of chips, 2 chocolates (someone brought some favourites over!)

Dinner: chicken and salad, another slice of bread and a small piece of cake

Breakfast: Egg omelette and 150g white rice
Lunch: Steamed chicken + 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts (no butter)
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: Steamed chicken, tomatoes, iron-made noodles but this time it is a smaller size. Happy about that.
Snack: 1 apple
Naughty...bad bad... At 10pm, had 1 packet of instant noodles. I promise to stop that. :oops:

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea.

Yeah Ally thats so neat lol didn't think I'd ever meet someone on here that lives in the same town as me ^.^

Mm I didn't manage to have every meal --.-- I missed a snack ah well least I didn't skip a meal huh.

Breaky: Piece of toast and Vegemite
SnacK: :( Missed it
Lunch: Piece of toast and Egg
Snack; 1/4 Cup of Fruit Museli
Tea: 2 Sausages and 2 Ryvita and Vegemite

Don't stress bout the the noodles its expected that slips occur sometimes FatGarfield ^.^;; sometimes it can be really hard not to be bad. Lol but I know you can do it, just keep up with your diet and put it behind you aye.
