i don't like calorie counting, but i like being accountable for my noms. i hope this food diary makes me think twice about that chocolate frappé.

white coffee + 1 sweetener.
vietnamese roll with margerine, tuna, coleslaw & beetroot.
regular chocolate frappé, no cream.
spicy chickpea & pumpkin casserole, peas & lentil patty.
caramel drumstick.
corn chips & salsa.
3 cans of pepsi max.

wow - typing it out has made me realise how awful today has been.

future goals for my diet diary:
not have another entry this shameful.
include one litre of water, two pieces of fruit & five serves of vegetables.
exclude refined carbohydrates, sugars & sweeteners.
i'd like to eat strawberries rather than strawberry jam.
