Breakfast: Sustain, nutrigrain, Fruit&Nut with skimmed milk
Lunch: Steamed chicken, l/f green beans and corn
Dinner: 1 egg & 2 slices soy-linseed toasts, 1 kiwi fruit

Probably an apple before sleeping.

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 1 litre of tea.

Meal1: weetbix, lsa, skim milk

Meal2: brown rice, chicken, olive salad mix

Meal3: sweet potato, chicken, spicy beans and l/f cheese

Meal4: salad

Meal5: tuna salad

Mm.. ^.^;; Man I missed the snack again eh I really need to stop forgetting to eat it's always my biggest broblem.

Breaky: Piece of toast and vegemite
Snack: Missed it :( Again Sheesh man
Lunch: Egg on a piece of toast
Snack: 1/4 cup of fruit museli
Dinner: 2 sausages and 2 ryvita with vegemite

And one Multi Vitamin

Lol some of your meals sound so nice ^.^ steamed chicken and corn, heh and veggies spiced beans and chicken. Yum lol *grins* well spose once I finish my uni bachalour and am doing a post grad I can have all different meals aye. Heh guess its a good think I'll be visiting family soon :P

Brekkie:
2 pieces of fruit bread - toasted
2 tsps peanut butter
1 coffee

Snack:
1 cup tea
1 apple

Lunch:
1 ham, light cheese and salad sandwich on wholemeal+grain bread
1 coffee

Dinner:
Skinless chicken thigh
1 serve steamed potato in jacket with 2tbs l/f nat yoghurt and 2 tsps grated cheese
mixture of veges

(had dinner a bit later tonight (7.30pm) so no snack tonight.

1 glass l/f milk

Water: 2L

Gold don't worry too much. Work with what you have and make sure you enjoy it as much as you can. :D
