Sometimes I do but hubby had made a mamoth amount of bolognaise sauce that he worked hard on and drained all the fat etc so I had a ladle full of that in it.

Problem though. It wasn't a big enough dinner and I ended up eating some white bread as I made hubby's lunch. Wierd I never usually eat any white bread these days it is always wholemeal, grain etc if I have any at all. I usually have stuffed capsicum with rice and I should have had even some small brown rice with it. So I learned a lesson, make sure my dinner is filling enough whilst still healthy or else I will eat bad later. Sheesh weigh in not looking good. You would think I would know better by now...but nooo!!

Never mind Kim, we all have to learn these lessons along the way!! You are nearly at your goal....keep going mate. One tiny slip up is not going to affect you too much....stuffed capsicum sounds lovely, was a vegetarian dish Kim or with a bit of protein in there?? (just being nosey AGAIN!!)

LOL no problem at all Ally. I rarely have a meal without protein so it was a meat filling but a pretty small serve and contained veges in the mix too.

Err..my hubby made it which means there won't be a recipe. I do know that he makes the tomato sauce from scratch and doesn’t use anything from a jar. Sorry I’m not very helpful. Where his cooking is concerned I am usually only interested in the eating part! He is not the recipe type of guy likes to just go by feel and often doesn't even taste his food and it still comes out damn delish!
