Meal1: muesli, skim milk, kiwifruit

Meal2: kiwifruit, strawberries, yoghurt, spicy beans lol not all mixed together

Meal3: chicken, l/f cheese, tomato multigrain sandwich

Meal4: veges, cottage cheese on vita weat

Meal5: egg white omelette and veges, standard serve of frozen yoghurt

Breaky: Piece of toast and Vegemite
Snack: 2 Piklets and Jam
Lunch: Baked potato with filling
Snack: Missed it :(
Dinner: Missed it :(

Eh... well least I ate in the morning ^.^ was pretty bad stuff really lol baked potatoes and piklets :P Tomorrow I'll try harder to eat every meal.

Breakfast: 200g tropical fruit yoghurt
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Lunch: 1/2 slice salmon, tomatoes, l/f green beans and peas
Dinner: Beef and egg noodles takeaway.
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea.

30g sultana bran
1/4 cup milk
1 coffee

1 apple
3 boiled lollies

Chicken Avo and salad roll

1 slice bread with smear butter and 1 slice of ham

1 lean cuisine lasagne meal
mixed veges

1 small glass l/f milk
1 cup canned pear slices in natural juice
