So far

Breakfast
Nut Bar 220
black coffee w/1 teaspoon honey 20

(not a big breakfast today as i am bloated from last nights treats , normally i'll have fruit or oats too.)

(yet to eat, but the plan)

Snack

Apple 80

Lunch
Tuna w/ lettuce, carrot, beetroot salad. 180

snack
Peppermint tea
1/ anzac biscuit 80

Dinner
tuna w/ steamed vegies. 250

Being a little stricter toady as it is pouring with rain so i won't be able to do my run :(.also last night i indulged and went over my allowance. I might be able to use a treadmill though so we'll see :)

Did alright yesterday. Ended up having an extra serve of tuna and vegies...and then a nut bar. Brought me up to about 1600 calories :roll:

Tring to have my bigger meal at lunch today as i am finding at night i don't like having all that food in my stomach.



Just had 1 cup cooked oats. (no milk) 180
teaspoon of honey on top 50
hot water with lemon

todays plan:
snack
Apple 80

Lunch
crumbed Fish 160
w/steamed vege 70
teaspoon olive oil 40

snack
pear

Dinner
tuna 150
caroot/beetroot 30

Ok so today has changed slightly...


1 cup cooked oats 180
honey 40
lemon water hot

tuna 180
vegies 70
decaf w/ honey 50

Decaf w/ honey 50
vita weet crackers 40
honey 40

Yet to have dinner which will be a very tasty cabbage/carrot/capsicum/celery /tomato soup.

Will be about 150 cmaybe 200 depending how much i have lol but it's only made in water no oils or stock or salt.

so total today will be 800-850

Went for a nice walk today, nothing strenuous, but a couple of hills and was relaxing.
