Breakfast: shredded wheat, skinny milk, lsa

Morning Tea (provided at work): all manner of delicious nibblies. Didn't do too bad but found I didn't need any lunch so just had my snacks instead. It's surprising how a little bit of high fat food really fills me these days.

Snack1: spicy beans and fat free natural yoghurt

Snack2: l/f cottage cheese, cucumber and tomato on vita-weat

Dinner: tofu, vege, brown rice hotpot

Somehow still managed to stay within my cals for the day, except the fat content was 10grams over what I normally have during the week.

Gold I agree with Ally counting calories/kilojoule isn't for everyone, it works for me but I like numbers so that’s probably why it fits for me. Portion control is a good way to go about it and a very important factor so keep up the good work.

LOL you wouldn’t believe how often they feed us for free at work. Generally speaking I don’t have the free meals when they come around or the biscuits that are constantly on offer. Seriously, you would think they are trying to fatten us up for the kill!!

Our team has a morning tea provided ever 2nd Thursday and I have a little bit of that but usually still choose carefully and stay away from the high fat cheeses although they often have some sort of fresh fruit or vege sticks as well. When I first started on this journey I was very strict with myself and never had anything but would bring along my own cut up fruit.
