Meal 1: all-bran fruit n oats, skim milk, lsa

Meal2: tuna and corn on soy & linseed bread

Meal3: protein bar (forgot lunch and didn't want more bread or a salad)

Meal4: rice crackers, l/f cottage cheese and tomato

Meal5: stir fry veges and smoked salmon

Snack: had a small handful of dried fruit and nuts whilst watching alien vs predator....oh yeah that movie.

^.^ Thanks KimE, Ally yeah I'll just keep to portion sizes and remembering to eat all meals and snacks, heh guess feels like less of a diet that way too lol

Breaky: Piece of toast and vegemite
Snack: 1/4 cup of fruit museli
Lunch: Two pieces of bread and lamb chop
Snack: 1/4 cup of fruit museli
Dinner: Beef Steak? Meat?lol not so good with the types and piece of bread

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts (no butter)
Lunch: 1 egg and 2 slices of toasts
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1 chicken sandwich
Snack: 1 apple
