Mon 2011-04-25
Breakfast: Coffee with full cream milk, no sugar + 3 cookies
Late Lunch: Fried chicken with tomatoes and brocolli and small rice
Dinner: Coffee with full cream milk, 1 sugar + 2 cookies

Weight to lose: 4.5 kilos.
Start today.

I want to lose the weight so I can have less pain in my knee and back. I am sick of taking painkiller, also it will allow me to exercise to stay healthy.
Goal: To lose 4.5 kilos. Started on Mon 25/04/11

Breakfast: 1 coffee full cream milk no sugar, 2 eggs, bacon with small rice
Lunch: skinless chicken and porridge
Dinner: Grilled sandwich with 1 slice of soy-linseed break, half a slice of cheeze, fried chicken
Drank 1.5 litre of green tea

Breakfast: 1 coffee with full cream milk, no sugar, 1 grilled toast with 2 soylinseed bread and 1 egg
Lunch: Plenty of boiled brocolli, 100g rice, 150g chicken
Snack: 1 Lindt chocolate :oops:
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognaise, 1 coffee with full cream milk, no sugar
Drank 1 litre of green tea
