Ok so I thought I may as well put my food on here too!

May 12th 2011

Breakfast:
53g Kashi Golean Honey Flax cereal - 5 points
1 cup soy milk - 2 points
1 banana - 0 points
tea with skim milk & 2 splenda - 1 point

Lunch:
130g Baked beans - 3 points
1 whole wheat english muffin - 3 points
1/2 tbs butter - 1 point
vegemite

Dinner:
110g Tilapia - 2 points
1/2 cup brown rice - 3 points
2 tsp canola oil (used in baking vegies) - 2 points
butternut pumpkin - 0 points
brussel sprouts - 0 points

Snacks:
2 small oranges - 0 points
150g roast beef - 4 points
1 x peach greek yogurt - 3 points
