Banana Smoothie
2 cups coffee

Stuffed Pita Pocket
1 orange

1 peanut butter sandwich
1 apple

Beef and Pasta bake
mixture of veges

1 mango l/f yoghurt

Water: 2.5L

Breakfast: Steamed chicken sandwich (no butter)
Lunch: Steamed chicken, tomatoes and iron-man noodles
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit, 1 greek home-made biscuit with icing sugar :lol: :oops: Tasty but I am not supposed to have that...

Dinner: 1 egg sandwich
Snack: 200g 98% fat free passionfruit yoghurt

Drank 4.5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 1 glass of lite-white milk

Breakfast: Steamed chicken, tomatoes and iron-man noodles (big size)
Lunch: 1 steamed chicken sandwich
Snack: 1 apple, 1 greek home-made biscuit without icing, a plain one.
Dinner: Steamed chicken, tomatoes and vegetable soup (frozen soup-mix, very convenient, takes no time and yummy), add some fresh lemon juice and salt, beautiful...
Snack: 200g 98% fat-free passionfruit yoghurt

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 1 glass of lite-white milk.
