Breakfast: Sustain, FruitNNuts, Skimmed milk

Lunch: Steamed chicken drum-stick, l/f green beans & peas
Snack: 1 mini muffin (orange poppy-seed flavour). Hectic work day.

Dinner: Offered to go to Noodle shop to have oily yummy noodles. Said no and make some noodles at home instead. Sliced steamed chicken, tomatoes, iron-man noodles.
Snack: 1 home-made biscuit, 1 kiwi fruit

Drank: 1/2 cup milo, 3.5 litres of water.

1 egg muffin (1 egg, 1 english muffin)
1 coffee

1 apple
1 muesli bar

1 serve beef and pasta bake

1 slice wholegrain bread with smear of marg

Chicken schnitzel (real chicken, not processed)
1 small potato
broccoli and carrots

1 cup canned peaches in natural juice

Water: 3L

^.^ Mm my weekend diet was pretty much the same as always -.-;; except my Tante Melissa brought over KFC so I'm sure that didn't go too well with my weight but ah well keep at it lol.

Breaky: Rivita and vegemite.
Snack: Missed it :(
Lunch: 2 Sausages and a piece of bread
Snack: 1/4 cup of Fruit Muesli
Dinner: An egg on a piece of bread
