Potatoe Rosti with ham and tomato
1 cup low-fat yoghurt
celery, carrot, cucumber sticks w/ avocado dip
ham and low-fat cheese on savory buiscut w/ pickle spread X3
Avocado dip w/ dried herb toasts
1 cup green tea
Pasta with tomato sauce (home made, no fat)
This is the first time I've recorded what I've eaten in a day. Knowing that I was going to post motivated me to eat much healthier and to organise my meals. Usually I eat constantly during the day, munching on anything in sight. I'm so glad I found this board!
