Brekkie:
30g sultana bran
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 cup of tea
250ml V8 juice

Lunch:
1 wholegrain chicken, avo, pineapple and salad sanga

Snack:
200g Jalna no fat apricot yoghurt
250ml apple carrot and ginger juice

Dinner:
Beef and Pasta bake
cauli, broccoli and carrots

Snack:
1 mango

Water: 3L

Breakfast:
Potatoe Rosti with ham and tomato
1/2 orange
1 cup low-fat yoghurt

Lunch:
celery, carrot, cucumber sticks w/ avocado dip
ham and low-fat cheese on savory buiscut w/ pickle spread X3

Snack:
Avocado dip w/ dried herb toasts
1 cup green tea

Dinner:
Pasta with tomato sauce (home made, no fat)

This is the first time I've recorded what I've eaten in a day. Knowing that I was going to post motivated me to eat much healthier and to organise my meals. Usually I eat constantly during the day, munching on anything in sight. I'm so glad I found this board! :-)

Breakfast: Cereal & Skimmed milk

Lunch: Steamed chicken drumstick, small serve fried hokkien noodles. The vegies I brought did not look good after microwave, may be too old, had to buy the noodles from the shop instead.
Snack: 1/2 cup diet coke

Dinner: Steamed chicken, 1 tomato & 1 slice soy-linseed toast with no butter. Run out of bread completely...
Snack: 300g fat-free yoghurt

Drank less water today. Only 2.5 litres of water. My weight is on a standstill. I am going to be very strict until I see some movements... Maybe no noodles whatsoever for a few days. That is going to be hard but I will do it...

Hey Fat Garfield...a quick question for you about the noodles...do you measure them out?? A quick guide to pasta and rice is 1/2 cup of cooked (whether it is pasta or rice) is equal to 1 slice of bread (one carbohydrate serving)...just a thought!! :wink:
