Brekkie:
2 slices wholegrain toast
1 serve l/f cheese
spread tomato paste (under the grill)
1 Coffee
1 mango

Snack:
1 apple
1 tea

Lunch:
1 subway turkey wrap
1/3 vege delight salad

Dinner:
Chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
vege mix (beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas & pumpkin)

Snack:
1/2 cup Jalna strawberry yoghurt

Water: 3L

Today I woke with a slight tummy upset, my boyfriend has a bug and I think I must have caught it, so I didn't eat as much as I usually would.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 orange

Lunch:
Rosti w/ ham & tomato
1 glass red wine

7 cups green tea
2 litres water
(hopefully that will flush it out of my system!)
