Brekkie:
2 weet-bix
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 tsp sugar
1 coffee

Lunch:
1 roast beef and salad wholegrain sanga
1 cup tea

Snack:
1 cup peach slices in natural juice
5 teddy bear jubes

Dinner
Rissoles (butcher made, but with lean mince)
1 small serve potato with 1 tbs curried tomato chutney and 1 tbs grated low fat cheese
broccoli and carrots

Snack:
2 chocolate cookies (20cent piece size)

Water: 3L
