Brekkie:
2 slices toast with 1 leftover rissole
1 coffee

Snack:
1 tea

Lunch:
1 roast beef sanga on wholemeal bread
1 coffee

Dinner:
1 lean cuisine meal - vegetable canneloni
assorted veg

Water: 3L

As you can see I didn't have much food wise today...wasn't hungry and I was really busy. I didn't have any fruit today and no salad for lunch so even my vege intake was low today...bummer

Breakfast

Weetbix with hilo milk, and a teeny bit of sugar

Lunch

97% fat free crumbed chicken tenderloin things in a sandwhich with salad

Tea

Garlic and soy chicken with potato bake(minus the cheese) and assorted veg

Desert

Cut up watermelon and strawberries with a tablespoon of fat free yoghurt

Snacks

1 cup of tea
1 bread roll (with butter, naughty :p)
1 ryvita biscuit with ham and tomato


2-3L of water


I think my dinner portion was a bit big but all in all not a bad day
and the gym visit hopefully helped too!

Breakfast: 1 pork chop, l/f beans and corn.
Lunch: 1/2 beef and boiled rice takeaway
Dinner: spaghetti with chicken

Busy at work, going crazy doing 2 jobs as someone left and the replacement had not started yet.

Drank less water today. only 2.5 litres of water
