Breakfast - 2 glasses water with a sqeeze of lemon
1/2 C uncooked brown rice, steamed and served with Vitasoy Vitality Plus soymilk, 10 dried dates and 2 Tb LSA mix
Snack - 3 Tb raw Sunflower Seeds and 5 dried dates
Exercise - 30 mins Treadmill

I currently weigh about 77 kgs, am 173 cm tall and am trying to lose 10 kgs. I was brought up a strict vegan and have always been active and never been overweight, but ever since having my daughter 6 years ago have had trouble losing it. I have gone back to a strict diet, follow a gluten free, sugar free, dairy free diet and hardly eat meat.
