Breakfast:
1 med (220g) baked beans
1 x wholemeal toast

Lunch:
Salad roll with left over tandoori chicken

Snacks:
nut bar
1 rice cracker and hommus
2 handfuls mixed nuts


Dinner:
1 X Fish (herb & garlic)
Mixed Vegies

Snacks:
1 x milky way
Handful of chips

Went a bit crazy on the snacks today :cry:

Brekkie:
1 muesli bar (on the run daughter off to camp)

Snack:
1 cup of tea
1 peach

Lunch:
ham and salad lavash roll up
1 tea

Snack:
Jalna l/f strawberry yoghurt

Dinner:
Roast chicken with apricot and walnut stuffing
1 small roast potato
roast pumpkin
broccoli, cauliflower and snow peas

Snack:
1 nectarine

Water: 3L

Still have bladder infection grrrrrrrrrrrr
