Brekkie:
30g Sultana Bran
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 cup tea

Lunch:
Chicken and salad roll

Snack:
1 apple
2 crispbread with 100% fruit jam (pineapple and mango)
1 coffee

Dinner:
1 subway chicken salad
1 apple

Snack:
4 crispbread with tomato paste and cheese (sliced thinly)
1 glass l/f milk

Water: 3L
