1/2 l/f yoghurt

Lunch:
1 mountain bread roast beef and salad roll up

Snack:
1 chai tea
4 crispbread with 100% fruit jam

Dinner:
Beef and Rosemary Casserole
1 cup pasta

Snack:
1 cup tinned fruit
1/2 cup l/f yoghurt

Water: 3L

Morning: spaghetti with beef
Lunch: spaghetti with beef
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: 1 piece of lamb-chop, vegie and some white rice
Snack: 1 small egg tart, 1 kiwi fruit

Drank 4.5 litres of water

baked beans
1 x wholemeal toast

Lunch:
chicken breast sandwich:

Snacks:
3 x biscuits
1 cup milo
2 handfuls mixed nuts

Dinner:
1 x fish
Salad
half cup potato salad

Desert
1 x milky way
1 x tim tam

hi kylie it just seems like the snacks and desserts werent that healthy- BUT people have done worse and still lost weight! keep your chin up and keep going mate!
