Brekkie:
1 slice w/m toast
100% fruit jam
1 coffee

Snack:
200g fruit salad l/f yoghurt

Lunch:
1 roast beef and salad mountain bread roll-up

Snack:
1 berry muesli bar

Dinner:
6" teriyaki chicken sub
1 piece fruit cake

extra 2 slices of meat while packing it for freezer (cold cuts not raw) :oops:

Water: 3.5L

Breakfast

2 weetbix with hi lo milk

Lunch

Chicken cheese and brocolli kiev (only 4 grams of fat aswell yum)
1/4 of a mango

Snack

Little piece of soy grilled chicken

Tea

Wrap with warm chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese and salsa

Desert

Fruit salad with some bulla low gi icecream

Water

Im not too sure, ive had a sore throat all day so it hurts to swollow but i think 1.5-2L

Breakfast: Sustain cereal with skimmed milk
Lunch: 1 piece of lamb-chop, 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: Minced meat, tomatoes and iron-man noodles

Drank 4 litres of water, 250ml home made orange grapefruit juice, 1 cuppucino.

Hey ally

The kievs are shop brought, Ingham make them in lots of different flavours! brocolli and cheese are my favourite but they also do spinach and cheese which are healthy too. The garlic butter ones are very fatty so ive never tried them. I find them in the freezer chicken section of pretty much all supermarkets, they do healthy nuggets and chicken strips too. yum yum yum

mick (fiance) quite likes the ingam teriyaki medallions. theyre like nuggets. heidi even had one wiht her dinner the other ngiht and she liked it too. they dont look like the processed grey chicken either. i just cooked them in the oven :)
