Breakfast: Noodle shop - worst food every tasted
Lunch: Sliced lamb chop and iron-man noodles with tomatoes
Dinner: Sandwich + Snack
Drank 4 litres of water but ate too much. My shoulder and head were aching a lot and I ate a lot.
