1 serve natural muesli
1/4 cup l/f milk

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
1 roast beef and tomato sandwich

Snack:\
1 small piece BBQ steak

Dinner:
Corned silverside
1 serve mashed potato
broccoli and carrots

Water: 3.5L

Breakfast: Noodle shop - worst food every tasted
Lunch: Sliced lamb chop and iron-man noodles with tomatoes
Dinner: Sandwich + Snack

Drank 4 litres of water but ate too much. My shoulder and head were aching a lot and I ate a lot.
