Brekkie:
1 egg, scrambled
1 slice wholemeal toast
1 coffee

Snack:
1 tea
2 small nectarines

Lunch:
1 wholegrain silverside, avocado and salad sandwich
1 coffee

Snack:
1 coffee
1 apple

Dinner:
Spaghetti Bolognaise

Snack:
1 cup canned peach slices in mango

Water: 3L

Breakfast: 1 drumstick & 1 soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Lunch: a few dumplings in chinese restaurant
Dinner: sliced steamed chicken, tomatoes, iron-man noodles (big size)

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea & 300ml home-made orange juice.

So hungry when I was lying in bed. Drank more water to stop myself from snacking. Shoulder is not aching so much so I can exercise. Have to try to use the left hand to use the computer mouse and see if that helps relieve the pain...
