Brekkie:
2 pieces toast with avocado and lemon spread and cracked pepper
1 coffee

Snack:
4 Crispbread with fruit jam
1 peach

Lunch:
1 chicken and salad roll, no butter

Snack:
Greek style yoghurt with rhubarb (bulla brand)
20g cheese and onion chips

Dinner:
Chicken Stroganoff (l/f recipe)
3/4 cup basmati rice
beans and brussel sprouts

Snack:
1 cup malted milk (went a bit overboard with that one)
1 milky way (bummer can you tell I am due for TTOTM)
1 cup peaches in mango

Water: 3L
