1 scrambled egg on toast
1 coffee

1 apple
1 nectarine
2 coffees

Chicken and salad lavash bread

20g salt and vinegar chips
1 muesli bar

lean cuisine lasagne
steam fresh vege sachet

1 apricot muesli bar

Water: 3L

Had a small victory today as my friend (who usually brings cheesecake of some description) was going to bring morning tea with her today and I told her that I would be ok thanks..she told me I was no fun, but she turned up empty handed after I told her she was still welcome to bring something for herself!!! I had an apple, she didn't want one...small victory for me!!

mmmmmmmmmmmmm CHEESECAKE :wink: I love cheesecake. Good on you for speaking up. I am lucky that my friends are all on diets as well so they tend to bring fruit platters instead (although I would prefer the cheesecake - especially Caramel from the Cheesecake Shop ... mmmmmmmm Cheesecake!! (think Homer in the Simpsons!!)
