Lunch: Hospital cafe (blah)
1 steak and cheese panini ( I know but that was all they had left)
1 skim latte
40g peppermint freddo
1 chicken, lettuce and tomato roll
1/2 cup peach in mango
2 apricot muesli bars

Breakfast: 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Lunch: small spaghetti bolognaise
Snack: 2 kiwi fruit
Dinner: Iron-man noodles with minced beef, 30% less than my normal size.
Drank 4 litres of water.
