This is the first time I have posted my "day off", so don't be too shocked at the chocolate and pie!!! :P

Brekkie:
2 pieces toast with 1 tsp peanut butter and 100% fruit jam
1 coffee

Snack:
1 coffee

Lunch:
1 bacon and cheese pie
1 apple roll
1 lime milk

Snack:
1 honey nougat chocolate
2 apricots (fresh)

Dinner:
Chilli and garlic rib fillet steak
low fat Alfredo pasta
broccoli, snow peas, pumpkin and corn

Snack:
1 turkish delight

Water: 3L
