Breakfast: 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
Lunch: Small spaghetti bolognaise
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: small curry fish with green beans. Then small spaghetti bolognaise. Should not have the spaghetti bolognaise next time.

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 100ml berroca.

1 serve natural muesli
1/4 cup milk
1 cup coffee

Snack:
1 mango
1 tea

Lunch:
1 w/g chicken and salad sanga

Snack:
1 Turkish delight

dinner:
Beef and pasta bake with assorted veges

Snack:
1 glass l/f milk

Water: 3L
