Exercise (6.30am)

30 min walk around the block with my dog

Breakfast (9.00am)

Uncle Toby's All Bran & a bananna

Snack/Grazing (10-11am ish)

Various types of nuts, about one big handful.

Lunch (12.15pm)

1 x Large rectangular take away size serving of ;
Greek Salad (tomato, lettuce, onion, olives, fetta cheese)
Pesto Pasta
3 Bean mix
Tabouli

Snack/Grazing (2pm till 5.30)
-------
Various types of nuts, about one big handful.
1 x apple
1 x museli bar

Dinner (6pm)
--------
1 x Salmon/Avocado or Chicken Sushi roll

Exercise (7.30pm)
----------------------
* Walking my dog (roughly 5-6kms @ 1 - 1.5hrs) OR;
* Weights at gym (1.5hrs) OR;
* Cycling 20kms (1 hr)

Sleep (10pm)
----------------

Water = 3-4 x 800ml bottles

I cup of high fibre cereal and half a cup of Yoghurt.

Lunch.
A Toasted Ham, Tomato, Cheese and Onion Sandwich
(Cup of Tea)

Dinner
Chicken and Vegetable Pie with Vegetables (Zuchinni and Button Squash)
(Cup of Tea)

Water
2L
Mini Goal - Reach Double Digits!! 99kgs

Brekkie:
1 serve natural muesli
1/4 cup milk
1 coffee
2 apricots

Lunch:
1 cheese sandwich

Dinner:
120g rump steak
sour cream and mushroom pasta
(this is the first night I didn't have veg and I really missed them)

Snack:
30g light cheese
1 glass milk
1 nectarine

Water:
3L
