Breaky: oats, skinny milk, LSA
Morning Tea: fat free fruit yoghurt, anytime protein, muesli (all mixed together it comes out a bit like bircher muesli) and an orange
Lunch: brown rice, tuna with salad and an apple
Arvo Snack: rice cakes and low fat cottage cheese, small serve of dried fruit
Dinner: chicken and brocolli with salad
Hmm I had a lot of fruit today. Don't usually eat quite so much.
