breakfast: 1 mango and 1 banana
lunch: wholemeal sandwich with avacado,lettuce,tomato & pepper
snack: 1 kiwi fruit
dinner: undecided! possibly 6 inch chicken teriyaki subway. or maybe be boring and have a big salad.

Breakfast: 2 slices soy & linseed with all fruit jam and skinny milk

Morning Meal: Jalna berry yoghurt, anytime protein, fruit and nut mix and an apple

Lunch: salad vegetables with kidney beans, chicken, wholemeal pasta

Snack: crispbread and low fat cheese

Dinner: smoked salmon, low fat cottage cheese and large salad

Desssert: fresh strawberries
