Breakfast: 1 toast, then some steamed dumplings in Chinese restaurant.
Lunch: 1 pork chop + 1 slice of soy-linseed bread
Snack: 1 egg + 1 slice of soy-linseed bread
Dinner: 1/2 pork chop, vegie and rice
Snack: little bit of noodle left over.
Drank: 4.5 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 200ml warm milk with sugar
