Breakfast: 1 weetbix, skinny milk and fruit, 2 pancakes, cup of earl gray tea

Lunch: small can of spaghetti on multigrain toast

Snack: low fat cottage cheese with tomato on rye cruskits

Dinner: chicken and veges or salad

Not a typical weekday for me as we stayed at a hotel last night and breakfast was part of the deal.

pancakes? i cant imagine having time to make something like that!! thankgod those hotel staff do hey kim?
p.s. i love tinned spagetti on toast yum yum :)

Yum! Love those hotel breakfasts... I normally eat so much at the buffets that I don't need to have lunch :lol: :oops:

Well, here's my huge long list for yesterday...

Overnight/early morning: Dates (think there were 6 of them lol), sliced banana on dark rye toast.

Breakfast: FibreX cereal

Morning Tea: Almonds (x10), Apple

Lunch: Bean Salad (150g)

Afternoon Tea: Salad, Apricots (x2)

Dinner: Tomato & Mushroom TVP chunks (been in the fridge for three weeks now, if I'm sick today I'll know why :oops: ) w/ steamed veg
Boost Icecream bar
Diet Jelly

Night time snack: Protein Crunch (20g) w/ soy milk

6000kJ (that's about 1500Cal I think) :D

Breakfast: Sustain cereal with skimmed milk
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Lunch: 1 small steamed chicken drumstick with l/f green beans and corn
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit, 1 small egg-tart (yum)
Dinner: Sliced steamed chicken with tomatoes and boiled noodles.
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit

Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of tea, 400ml lite milk.
