1 serve rice pops
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

1 Banana (yep you heard right I had a banana!!! LOL)
1/2 mainland on the go snack (2 rice crackers with 2 slices l/f cheese)

1 ham, tomato and lettuce sanga
1 greek-style yoghurt mango and passionfruit
1 choc ripple biscuit

6 assorted crackers with 25g cheese
1 mango

100g chicken breast
1 cup pasta with tomato based sauce
broccoli and pumpkin

Water: 3L

Breakfast: Sustain cereal with skimmed milk
Snack: Raspberry Friand (yum, felt hectic at work, will cut this!)

Lunch: Steamed chicken, l/f green beans and corn
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit

Dinner: Sliced steamed chicken, boiled noodles, tomatoes
Snack: 1 slice of sara lee pound cake (sore shoulder, still excuses, will cut this!)

Said no to temptation Creamy pasta with cheeze.
1 more kiwi fruit before going to bed...

Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea, 300ml warm milk.

Overnight/early morning: Sliced banana on dark rye toast w/ cashew nut spread

Breakfast: Wheat bran, protein crunch & LSA w/ soy milk

Morning Tea: 1/4 HPLC Bar

Lunch: Felafel (x2 balls) w/ steamed veg, Apple

Afternoon Tea: Green salad

Dinner: Soy Sausages w/ steamed veg
Diet Jelly
Dates (x6)

Night time snack: Carb-buster protein shake
Boost smoothie on a stick (it was a hot night :oops: )

Hmmm thought I had done this.

Breakfast: All-bran, lsa, skinny milk

Morning Meal: Fat free yoghurt, oats, protein powder mixed together and one orange

Lunch: Ham and salad sandwich

Snack: Light crispbread, l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: Tofu hot and cold salad (you had to be there)

Dessert: Light ice cream

Preferred Weight - Under 60 kgs
Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs
