Breakfast: 3 weetbix, 1 1/2 cups of skim milk, LSA

Snack: apple

Morning Meal: brown rice, four beans and taco mix with low fat yoghurt and protein powder.

Lunch: wholemeal pasta and pork with salad and l/f mayo

Oops forgot to add I had 1 small sausage about 1Tbsp of coleslaw on thin white bread. (Caught up with a girlfriend about 45mins after eating lunch and we went passed a sausage sizzle fund raiser. She had to get lunch so I thought I would munch on a snag so picked out the smallest one they had about the size of 1/2 a snag.)

Snack: cruskits, l/f cheese and tomato

Dinner: beef stir fry

Kate FYI this was around 1630 cals

Hi Kate, yes I sprinkle the LSA on the weetbix or whatever cereal I am having. Although if I am having muesli with nuts in I usually don't use the LSA as I have the good fats in the muesli already so I may add fresh fruit.

Overnight/early morning: Peaches x2, Dates x 4

Breakfast: Banana smoothie (banana, soy milk, protein powder, water)

Morning Tea: 1/4 HPLC Bar

Lunch: Bean Salad, Apple

Afternoon Tea: Green Salad w/ Mango dressing, Almonds

Dinner: Tomato & Chickpea casserole (yum - see recipe section lol) w/ steamed veg
Diet Jelly
Carb-smart Icecream
Biscotti biscuits
Apricots

Night time snack: PC Protein Crisps :oops: (Was in bed at 7:30pm with a headache but couldn't sleep... so had to get up and eat some more!)

This evening is a wonderful demonstration of the power of the headache on the eating :(

hmmm. I saw ice-cream in SarahC's food today... I have been thinking of the new ice-cream I tried out during a weekend getaway a few weeks ago. I will wait till my birthday...

Have been very good on Wed.
Breakfast: 1 slice of soy-linseed toast (no butter)
Lunch: steamed chicken & vegie
Snack: 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner: Some fried chicken and vegie soup. No second serve.

Drank 3.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of tea, 400ml warm milk.

My weight was 52 this morning. If I am good on Thu, it may go down to below 52. My weigh in is on Sat. There is a chance...
