Hey Sharrelle all is good I can get in and play with all the new links now (THANK YOU) :D
Hi lil_weiron so far so good 8) , I’m enjoying this site and loving the recipes. OMG I love the freedom that having a licence brings me. Being able to have control of my own life is fantastic. I do feel though that I’m not home enough though because I’m a bit of a home body.

Breakfast

Pikelets with Caramelized Banana
½ large bananas
I didn’t use the golden syrup because I’m not a fan.
This recipe is off this site, my daughter loved this

Exercise = 30 minutes
Today I went swimming I thought it would be good for my back and arm.

Snack
Mandarin
Cappuccino

Lunch
Vegetable and Ham Slice
Salad (tomato lettuce and cucumber)
Another recipe from this site. I had a friend come over for lunch today so I made this. She asked for seconds, and then my son in law came home and stole the rest out of the fridge ... so much for lunch tomorrow.

Snack
30g pkt paradise lites (124 cal)

Dinner
Steak and pasta
Cuppa

BETTER ADD 3 MORE COFFEE'S

Great day for a variety of different foods. At least you had a piece of fruit which I have failed to do today.
My goal tomorrow is to have a banana. Not a big goal but big for me as i find it hard to eat fruit in winter.
Which means I will walk to the supermarket to get the fruit.

Fruit and water I think are the two hard ones through winter. I probably should have had fruit for my afternoon snack but I’m eating a lot of salad and veggies and I felt like something crunchy. I could have had something after dinner as well I guess but I’m just not hungry enough to eat it.
Looking forward to another good day tomorrow, I will be asking you about that banana Sharrelle

Snack
250g strawberries

Lunch
2 poached eggs on toast (multigrain)
1 mandarin

Dinner
Thursday is our takeaway night and I was craving KFC chips so I had
1 large KFC chips
6” sub terakihi chicken (I would have ate about ½ of it.)

Have a good day everyone

Yummy food, good choice if you are going to have one of those weekends.

Don't worry, pick yourself up and dust yourself off and have an extra special good week this week to counteract it.

At least you enjoyed yourself.....nothing worse than being depressed over what you have eaten as you can't change it, you can only be extra good.

Look forward to your healthy week this week.
