I love reading what others eat as well, it gives me good ideas sometimes; thou I think I’m a lot more relaxed with food than most. I’m amazed at how head strong some of the girls are and how they stick to their strict eating plans. I just know I couldn’t stick to it I love my tucker too much and a little bit of chocolate every now and then.

We went to the Albion Comedy Club & Restaurant tonight, it was a good night.

Well look at you Miss Sharrelle kicking butt and taken names; you are doing magic with your fruit * Hi 5 for that *.

Oh god weekend week days any day any hour lol it’s all a battle but it’s a battle we can win.

Oh BTW when I couldn’t find the PT I did 30 min on the bike.

Dinner
¼ chicken parmigiana, I didn’t eat the cheese or sauce and it was real chicken breast
It came with a potato bake (but not a lot) I ate about ½ of it
and 5 beers
1 coffee

Ok so now I’m starting to look like I have a drinking problem lol

Breakfast
2 slices toast
2 poached eggs

Lunch
For the life of me I can’t remember what I had for lunch or if I had lunch????
We had a bbq last night so I just may have forgotten to eat because I was making salads ECT.

Dinner
BBQ
Chicken wings 2
1 sausage
Small bit of minute steak
1 peace bacon
I think my husband and I had a bad reaction to the bacon. I came out in such a bad rash and he couldn’t breath, he had a major asthma attack.
Anyway
I also had 5 cans of Bacardi and coke

Is your husband ok now? What would have been in the bacon to have a reaction....would it be some preservative? Hope all is well. LOL for your comment about drinking (he he) , you can't give up all your devices at once. I enjoy a glass or 3 of wine at night preparing the dinner.

I didn’t do pt on Wednesday I was feeling a bit off but I did do it Thursday and Friday... omg I feel so sore in my arms and my legs ... guess its working lol. No exercise for me this weekend, I have decided to give myself a rest and let the muscles mend and get back into it Monday. I’m off to get my hair cut this morning (it’s getting pretty messy) then my niece’s baby shower. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

And there was a salad... marshmallow and mandarin WTF
So I had 1 chocolate mint biscuit
We got home at 2:30 I had 2 minute noodles beef x 2
Dinner at about 10pm
Chicken roll
God help me my PT will have a stroke when she sees what I ate
To top it all off I got my period yesterday AGAIN yay for me.

Hey guys sorry it taken me so long to update you but I have had a few health issues I have been trying to sort out and wanted answers to before I got back on here, but you know how it works .....Slowly lol.
Ok I have been tired and sore for a couple of months now and I have been trying to build up some energy with vitamins exercise and diet but I haven’t had a lot of success, that with my back (burst disc) and shoulders (either frozen shoulders or sympathy pain from my back???) doctor hasn’t looked into it... and no matter how good my diet or how much exercise I do my weight go’s between 130 and 127, then last Monday I went to the toilet got up then had to sit back down because I had the urge to go again but didn’t need to ...so now I have a constant urge to pee if I need to or not. I have been for a pee test ...nothing, then I went for blood test came back that I have high cholesterol and thyroid issues but still doesn’t explain the bladder issue so I’m having ultrasounds tomorrow.
I will let you know how things go after the ultrasound

Great to hear you are back....I was going to poke you but thought no I had better not.....you might be dealing with stuff.
How frustrating and annoying not having any answers to your issues. Keep on getting more tests. One thing I have learnt is that not to give up....there is an issue now you have to find the doctor or specialist to help you.
Hope all goes well and look forward to a positive outcome or at least some anwers with your test results.

Keep us in the loop.

OMG Can you believe they make someone who has the urge to pee all the time go for an ultrasound where you have to hold on for an hour and a half and then another hour while they do the scan prodding and probing  Anyway I have to go back and have another scan today...yesterdays was a renal scan today it is a pelvic scan and i have an appointment with the doctor on Friday to find out the results. If any of this is TMI let me know and i will get it removed.

Hey Sharrelle, I’m not giving the doctors a pass on this one love. I can put up with a lot but not this it is debilitating I can’t go anywhere or do anything. My husband and I went to the movies and I had to get up and go to the bathroom 3 times ....

Ok the pelvic scan said I have a cyst on my ovary and that is why I get my period so often and for so long.
The renal scan said that I have a blockage in the tubes going from my bladder to my kidneys and that was why my kidneys were so sore. Best outcome is I have a bladder prolapse, any other option I don’t want to think about until that is ruled out.
Anyway I’m going back to the gym tomorrow and getting my head back into it....
I may not be losing weight but I can get fit so that is the plan for now
