I'm excited for what I hve planned today
For breakfast I head a meal replacement shake
Morning tea: apple
Lunch: sushi (it's my Favourite!)
Afternoon tea: low fat yogurt
Dinner: salad and meal replacement shake, I'll be at work so a salad is convienient
Snack: handful of almonds
I haven't really been exercising lately which isn't good, I've just moved houses and it's far away from my gym which mean I probably won't go much, I want to figure out how I can get more exercise into my life and ways I can exercise to make it fun if you have any ideas or tips?
