Breakfast: meal replacement shake

Morning snack: handful of sultanas

Lunch: salad and a meal replacement shake

Afternoon snack: handful of nuts

Dinner: chicken rissole and lots of steamed veges

Evening snack: low fat yogurt

Wow sounds like your meal yesterday went much better than mine! You mixed up some calcium, vegs, protein throughout the day.
My promise to Rhonda today was to eat more fruit which I have not done yet so now I will go and get some. You have inspired me to do it.

Good!
I'm excited for what I hve planned today
For breakfast I head a meal replacement shake
Morning tea: apple
Lunch: sushi (it's my Favourite!)
Afternoon tea: low fat yogurt
Dinner: salad and meal replacement shake, I'll be at work so a salad is convienient
Snack: handful of almonds

I haven't really been exercising lately which isn't good, I've just moved houses and it's far away from my gym which mean I probably won't go much, I want to figure out how I can get more exercise into my life and ways I can exercise to make it fun if you have any ideas or tips?
