Breakfast: Protien smoothie with a banana and A2 light milk and a half cup of carmans muesli. Yum.

Lunch: Chicken and corn soup.

Dinner: Mexican food. Tacos and corn chips with chile dip, guacamole and chili con queso. Yum!
Current Weight: 67.7kg
Goal Weight: 60kg
