Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, some steamed chicken, 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts
Lunch: Fried chicken, tomatoes, boiled noodles
Dinner: Fish, l/f green beans, corn, mixed vegie
Trying to trick my body by making dinner size small...

Snack: 1 kiwi fruit

Drank 4 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 450ml lite milk

Well, I just don't know where to start with this one... this diary entry is going to have to double as my confession for the week :oops: :oops: :oops:

Early morning snacks:
1:30am Boost icecream bar, Dates (got home late :roll: )
3:00am Dark rye toast w/ cashew spread (don't even remember eating this... but that's what I've written down!!)

Breakfast: Wheat bran, Protein crunch, LSA w/ diet yoghurt

Morning Tea: Banana

Lunch: Carb buster protein shake

Afternoon Tea / Dinner:
Vegetarian pasties
Spring rolls
Mixed nuts
Veggie sticks w/dip
Sliced fruit
Chocolates (choc macadamia, wafer biscuit, choc raspberry, fruit & nut ball)
SIX (6) glasses of wine
Sushi Roll
Fruit mince pie
(had my family over to my place for "afternoon tea" lol)

Late night snack: 1/2 HPLC bar w/coffee (don't know where I got the idea to drink black coffee just before bed :x )

I had a bash at estimating the calories for all of this... I'm sure this is a complete under-estimation, but I'm guessing well over 11,500kJ / 2700 Cal. That's a good two days worth of eating :shock: :shock:

How embarassing :oops:

Breakfast: Weetbix, skinny milk with chocolate protein powder

Lunch: wholemeal pasta, brown rice, four beans and salad mixed together with mayo

Snack: light crackers, l/f cheese, tomato

Dinner: boiled pork and lots of veges

Dessert: l/f ice cream
