Breakfast: Baked beans on Dark rye toast, 1/4 HPLC bar, coffee

Morning tea: Sliced banana w/ diet yoghurt

Lunch: Tofu w/ salad, diet jelly

Dinner: Sushi Rolls

Drinks: This is embarassing.... Three glasses of wine, two gin and orange :oops:

Late night snack: Fried tofu

Breakfast: muesli, dried apple, skinny milk

Snack: fagottino (italian pastry thingy)

Lunch: pumpkin seed bread, ham, salad, may

Snack: 2 lindt balls

Dinner: Prawns, salad and small serve of home made chips, 3 glasses of white wine

Dessert: Chocolate coated macadamias...lots!

Although I have a lot more leeway in my daily intake these days I still use Saturday night as the time for treats...apart from any christmas things that pop up. :roll:
