The only way i ever seem too b able too lose weight is buy counting the points every day,so maybe this is going too have too become a way of life for me too keep at the weight im happy too be at..
I chat with a person thats been on weight watchers and done real well and hes a little shorter than me but weight is the same and hes telling me i can have 29 points a day ,im not eating that many usually onlt wanting too go too about 23 points but when i was getting back into it i was eating the 29 and losing little by little,so im pretty sure that when im doing my maintance i will control the 29 points and will stay at the same weight,well thats what im thinking out aloud..
with weight watchers you get extra points per week but im finding that the 29 points a day seem too b more than enough...
haappy in self atm and thats what its all about..
off too the movies tonight looking forward too it...
diet well all and look at yourself and see how well you all already have done..
