Tuesday the 12/12/2006 The plan

Breakfast tomoro will consist of: muesli and l/f vanilla yoghurt

Lunch: (its 9gs of fat but i need to eat it i bought it pre diet)
pasta cahrgrilled veges and pasta (2333 kj's)

DInner? i dont know yet
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

Still dont know what dinner will be....

but days worth so far,

Breakfast: l/fyoghurt and half a cup of muesli (i dont know the kj of the muesli but i am guessing it will be similar to the yoghurt) so aprox 1700 kj

Lunch: Leggos pasta thing (it is shocking its got 18gs of fat on 3 saturated though, but i need to get rid of it :( ) 2333 kjs

Snack: apple puree 322 kjs

KJ's so far:4355

IM aiming for 6000-7000 a day
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

looking good jo. i enjoy reading peoples food diary's it gives me an idea of what to have :)

Joanna you silly girl, naughty naughty naughty.. instead of having one lunch i had two... i had my pasta and a 6 inch from subway... and not a healthy one either....and a goddamned yo yo
hmm.... oh well tomoro is a new day and so will be the next one.

you are right tomorrow is another day :) if you fill up on water with your lunch you probably wont need to opt for a second lunch :)
