Good number...now that you've got your mojo back I think that you will see a few good numbers in the next couple of days...so long as you keep at it. The only good thing about gains via lapses is they tend to come off quicker. :D

I'm glad you had a great time away!! I watched your video, you girls look like you had the giggles!! Best kind of break you can have :)

Good luck with your walking tomorrow!! Took me a bit to get back into it too.

The D word will always get you. Making heathly choices in your own lifestyle is better. At least you kept within coo-ee of your last weigh in so you did make some good choices. :D

I have a feeling that cup didn't contain coffee or tea! It is good for the soul to kick up and have fun.

I figured that you guys were passing the cup around! I could see she was sick from the pile of tissues. :( Hope she is feeling better.

I don't drink either. My father was an alcoholic so I decide at a young age not to follow in his footstep as I probably inherited his addictive personality. So avoiding that problem I run smack into the addictive behaviour of overeating! :?

Four kilos...getting those last few are the hardest. You get to the point where you just want it to be over. When I was there I knew the only way it could end honourably is if I stopped messing around and finished it off. I got back to basics and just beared down to the task.

Sweat it out and win it out! :D

Hubby at work helps me too!! He constantly asks me to make him food or offers me his chips or lollies or says things like "is that all your eating" lol

My mum and dad both drink probably more the most. As for me I'm allergic to alcohol so 2 cruisers have me rolling around drunk and If I spill some on my skin (usually only with a straight spirit) I will break out in a rash. I can't use alco wipes or have alcohol based medicines. So drinking for me is very limited and far a few between. Not a bad thing though.

Keep up with your walks and getting back to basics you'll be there in no time Tink :)
