Thought this would be helpful to keep track of my diet!
Any changes you think would help PLEASE tell me; Im still learning about eating right.

After 30min walk I had natural greek yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries.
Snack: carrot sticks with french onion dip
Lunch: leftover pasta
Dinner: grilled chicken with a green, tomato, mushroom, corn salad.

Approx 2L of water today.
One glass of powerade.

Sounds like a good eating day...you are eating fruit and veg, calcium protein.
You exercised so a good day.

Today so far yoghurt, blueberries & strawberries.
Glass of powerade.
35 min walk.
Subway salad (no bread) with chicken pieces, spinach, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, carrot, onion. No cheese or dressing.
Dinner Ive got a mince meat/cheese toasted wrap (not entirely sure of the mince - leftovers from inlaws dinner!)
Got my water bottle with me.

Oh dear. I dont know what happened. I came home from the shops and found myself eating some tiny teddies :( Oopsy :(

No no, the box was already opened and I just had a handful.
Now Ive come home from work and had two minutes noodles! Arrggghh
