Brekkie:
1 serve natural muesli
1/4 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1/2 cup canned peaches in natural juice

Lunch:
1 cheese and salsa sandwich
1 coffee

Snack:
4 Vita wheats
2 tsps peanut butter
1 apple
1 choc/mint sachet

Dinner:
Salad plate...5 assorted cold meats, 1/2 cup 4 bean mix, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, balsamic dressing...yum

Snack:
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 cup l/f nat yoghurt

Water: 3L

Breakfast: 3 weetbix, skinny milk, lsa

Morning Meal: brown rice, red kidney beans and hot taco sauce mix, nat yoghurt on the side and 1 apple, 1/3 of a lemon slice

Lunch: chicken on soy & linseed bread, 1 kiwifruit

Snack: light crackers with l/f cottage cheese

Dinner: 1 fish cake and salad....added small serve of home made chips to this after hubby made too many for himself. :roll:

Early morning snack: Banana, Rye toast

Breakfast: Tofu scrambled not-eggs (hehe.. see recipe section)

Morning tea: Hazelnuts

Lunch: Bean Salad (200g), Nectarines

Afternoon snacks: PCs Protein Crisps, Salad w/ avocado & mango dressing

Dinner: Tomato & Chickpea casserole w/ steam veg
Fruit & nut ball, dates

Late night snack: diet jelly

Breakfast: 1 Rice pudding
Lunch: Fish, l/f green beans & mixed vegies
Snack: 1 bite of kiwi fruit, too raw, throw that away
Dinner: Chicken, tomoto puree and boiled noodles
Snack: Out of control, 3 Rice Pudding :oops: :oops: :oops:

Drank 4 litres of water.
