Breakfast: 3 weetbix, skinny milk, lsa
Morning Meal: brown rice, red kidney beans and hot taco sauce mix, nat yoghurt on the side and 1 apple, 1/3 of a lemon slice
Lunch: chicken on soy & linseed bread, 1 kiwifruit
Snack: light crackers with l/f cottage cheese
Dinner: 1 fish cake and salad....added small serve of home made chips to this after hubby made too many for himself.
