Postby tinkerbella » Tue Apr 29, 2014 9:41 am

Well ive been away for some time and put on a lot of weight,a few things have happened over the last 6 months and I just got way outta wack...

Yesterday I brought a set of scales and was lets say a little upset, but today is the start of another day and im again going too try and get back too where I was,or at least try and get a bit closer...

Ive got a bit too lose nd I am going too try not too think about the numbers too much and try and get myself back too eating an amount that should be eaten during a day and doing a bit of exercise and see where that takes me...
