Yeah I'm pretty p!ssed off with myself l haven't managed to keep it off.. fortunately l know exactly what works for me including the exercise and although l can't say it's easy I do know how to lose it, its keeping it off has always been my problem but I'm learning more and more all the time..

I also can lose the weight I too cant keep it off...
I was 78 for about 18 months then my daughter come home and lived and left her job and we started doing stuff together
eg going too the beach for coffee that will turn into lunch and hot chips,
going too the movies pop corn chips then lunch

I would still do these things but I would goto the movies and not have the extras and go too the beach and have a coffee,
my daughter has a perfect figure a hottie but she was also in training so she could eat like she was and stay thin...

anyways shes left too the army now and when she sees me in 12 weeks I want her too see her hot mummy like I was when I was 78 lol....
she got me in terrible bad habits and now I have too b stronger...

Have a coffee or just join at Internet forum somewhere and cause a row  that's what I do with my football  or just find something else to occupy your mind, that should keep you out of (eating) trouble..
