and im not having eggs tonight as I had the peanut butter sandwich and im not at all hungry ..
had 2 lts of water today as went for two walks one 40 minute walk and an even harder one up deadly hills 50 minutes with Shane..

I think my best breakfast is the porridge and slice of toast...
seems too keep me satisfied,for a lot longer..

Whatever works. When losing weight I usually had two Weet Bix with reg milk with an apple or the like after. About once or twice a week I would have bacon (small and lean) and egg on one piece of bread. That worked for me.

I thought that there was too many chips and not enough veggies on the plate. More veg less chips. I hear you saying "but the chips were grilled" nevertheless the veggies would have given you a better outcome than the grilled chip serve. The knack of getting the portion balance right is tricky...that will come with experience.

Don't waste the experience of today...learn from it. It is never a wasted day if it teaches you how to do it better next time!

I was so hungry all yesterday and I had a blow out last night,
today I will get it right and start again....

do you know I knew I was hanging on all day yesterday and I should have just gone too bed as I could feel I was ready too let the tiger run free..anyways I will b better today..

well today you say,
already ive flown the birds and bathed them so that's ticked for today...
too b honest im just waiting for a hoped phone call,im not 100% sure whther the phone call is today or tomorrow..she told me 10 days out bush so really it cant be 10 days and 10 nights or it would be 11 days and 10 nights so today is 10 days...so I hope its all over for her and she phones me soon..
I want too goto the shops and get some summer shoes,they are at payless and there easi wear or easi fit but I got a couple of pairs last year for summer and they are so very comphy,but usually they have buy one pair get the second pair 1/2 price but they didn't have that yesterday but the lady told me if I sign up with them I will get 25% off each pair so I come home and did that now ive got the discount number too get them today at discounted price.as im a very tall girl I also have very big feet lol so these shoes are comphy for my large frame and hold me up just nicely..i really wanted a silver pair of shoes too go with my new dress for going too the shows but seen these instead and they are lovely and easy too walk in so will get them and still look for the silver pair at a later date..
other than that ive got nothing,
sons home this morning as he worked night shift so will make him breaky in bed soon ...
so that's pretty much my day ,done and dusted....

Well done for sticking with your points today. You can do it. I hate 'those' weeks where nothing seems to fill you up. I think those are the weeks I usually tend to give up on the whole weight loss thing. Not this time though, i'm determined to get through it. Feel free to PM me if you're struggling. i knew this week was going too b a little hard too control myself,but once it gets here and its over i will be able too get back into watching but when its this week i need more and usually can put on 1kg ish but as soon as i put it on it also will be gone...
ive noticed ive been short with Shane and one of my sons lol....
but i will get over it.....lol
alsso a little tired today better get the iron into me...

its getting too late now too hear from Courtney she must still b out bush....grrrrr
