The cold definitely doesn't help. Hope you hear from your daughter tonight *fingers crossed*

Could you perhaps have something else that won't take you over your points as much but fill your tummy? A cup of tea/coffee? A piece of fruit? If it's true hunger, these things will be fine. If it is just emotional hunger (maybe waiting for your daughter to call is causing you stress), then try to find something else that will keep you happy...another hot bath, read a good book, sit on the couch with your feet up and blanket over you with a hot cup of tea, watch a good tv show/movie...something other than food.

You can do it, I know it...you are strong. I know you'll get back on track, you've done well. Some weeks are just like that, i'm waiting for a week like that, I know i'll have one. This week has been fairly easy but I know that hungry feeling you speak of.

Every time you think of Courtney...think about how she will be blown away by your success.
That should put those cravings back in the closet! 8)

I only caught the last half of it last night but saw Lisa and thought that she was nice. They suit each other. And I saw who you mean by Jessica, she was the one he seemed attracted to at first.

You can do this Natasha!! You can!! Don't use these things as an excuse, I know it's easy to do, I do the same. It's a horrible feeling being hungry, but it won't hurt you. Try to get used to that hungry feeling and know that you can conquer it. As i'm writing all of this to you, it's something I need to tell myself as well.

You go girl, make this day a better one and see that loss on the scales in the morning, how good will that feel to get yourself back on track. And remember, message me anytime ;) I will try and distract you :D

ive got a huge couple of weeks coming up and I just hope I can stay under 90,thats my main focus atm,
would love too get to my next goal of the 88 and stay there for awhile...
re focus get too 88 and just be able too control the eating....:-)
control control ....

funny thing this morning after my breakfast I must say I feel like I did have breakfast and atm im not looking for anything else so even happy with that, but im finding the nights are so cold im needing fuel to warm me up maybe I should stick on the heater..

I must say the last couple of days the focus has been a little tired..:-)

Make getting under 10kg your next Tuesday's weigh in mini goal.
Get hungry for that and keep telling yourself that hunger is greater than any craving hunger.
